Proqual is a pharmacy quality management system. It is comprehensive and covers all functions of the pharmacy business.

In addition, it is supported by a range of documents that can we used on a daily basis in a pharmacy. This programme really takes the work out of procedures for the pharmacist. In addition it prepares any pharmacy for visits by the pharmacy regulator, department of health, employment bodies and any other statutory body.

We can offer this programme to pharmacies that also have a wholesale licence as the procedural requirements are very different.

TLC performance will visit the pharmacy and undertake a gap analysis on current practice. This will be followed by a proposal of work. We will then develop the system and implement within the pharmacy.
