Jacqui Dougan (Director, BscPharm, MBA, IITD, IRCA Approved Auditor, DipCommun)

Jacqui Dougan is a qualified pharmacist and has extensive experience within the pharmacy industry. She is energised by developing others and to this end has created a number of customised and accredited programmes to the pharmacy market in Ireland and UK.

With a strong pedigree in retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical wholesaling, Jacqui believes strongly in effective quality management systems. TLC Performance provides support to businesses to develop, implement and perpetuate quality programmes. Jacqui has a real and practical understanding of the pharmacy workplace and creates quality solutions that facilitate the entire team to enhance continual improvement. As a quality lead auditor, Jacqui has helped numerous companies achieve accreditation to ISO 9001:2008.

With a commitment to management skills, Jacqui established the first online forum for Irish pharmacists www.counterintelligence.ie. She currently writes for a number of pharmacy magazines and has delivered components of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes for QUB, RCSI and UCC.

Elizabeth Sargesson (Senior Associate, Retail Skillsnet Assessor, Cert Training and Continuing Education)

A Human Resource and Training and Development manager, Elizabeth has over 20 years experience in Irish retail pharmacy. Working in retail pharmacy for most of her career, she fully understands the restraints on the work environment and tailors exciting and excellent programmes to employees. She is an expert in customer service, merchandising, pharmacy selling skills and human resource issues. Customers have been delighted by her success in developing and motivating staff, recognising individual differences, perceptions and understanding how to get the best out of an employee to increase performance and achieve their objectives.

Elizabeth provides site-focused training. This means that she delivers training in a very practical manner within the pharmacy setting. This reduces the need to release staff from the premises and allows the employee to develop skills in a very visual manner. All training will be supplemented by learning materials.

Ronnie McAuley (Senior Associate, BSc (Hons) Computer Science)

Ronnie McAuley is a software professional with 19 years of experience in, Database, Web, Application and Enterprise Application Integration development across the UK and Ireland in a variety of industries including the distribution and public sectors.

Experienced in client facing roles and the different phases of software development life cycle including conception, design, development, deployment and implementation, using a variety of software methodologies and technologies, with an emphasis on .Net and SQL Server. His key skills include VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL 2008, VB, SQL 2000, Database modeling and Graphic design.

Ronnie has a long association with pharmacy, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry, wholesaling, educational institutions, pharmacy regulators and retail pharmacy. He is keenly aware of the pharmacy environment and understands what works and what does not.
