Elizabeth Sargesson (Senior Associate, Retail Skillsnet Assessor, Cert Training and Continuing Education)A Human Resource and Training and Development manager, Elizabeth has over 20 years experience in Irish retail pharmacy. Working in retail pharmacy for most of her career, she fully understands the restraints on the work environment and tailors exciting and excellent programmes to employees. She is an expert in customer service, merchandising, pharmacy selling skills and human resource issues. Customers have been delighted by her success in developing and motivating staff, recognising individual differences, perceptions and understanding how to get the best out of an employee to increase performance and achieve their objectives.

His key skills include VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL 2008, VB, SQL 2000, Database modeling and Graphic design.
Ronnie has a long association with pharmacy, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry, wholesaling, educational institutions, pharmacy regulators and retail pharmacy. He is keenly aware of the pharmacy environment and understands what works and what does not.
